New Construction of 90 units of affordable rental apartments serving low-income households above community-serving commercial space. ECAP, a nonprofit food assistance program that has been serving the community from this site for many years, will occupy the commercial space on the ground floor.
The building will be Seven stories – Five levels of metal framing over Two levels of concrete podium. The property will include a large, third-level landscaped courtyard, a community room, secure automobile and bike parking, on-site property management, and resident services offices.
