Design-Build new construction of 122 units of affordable teacher & faculty housing. 705 Serramonte consists of One four-story structure with a three-story outdoor car lift structure. Features include a communal co-work room, in addition to a community lounge and fitness center on the ground floor. Outdoors, the central landscaped courtyard includes two children’s play structures, a BBQ area, and tables and seating throughout.
